How easily solve the new windows 7 screen problem

Before you apply this process note that you must have drivers CD or drivers backup on you hard drive or in a USB flash or you can download it from the internet, remember every model and device have different drivers, in my case I have Dell GX270

First of all right click on compute and go to "device manager"
Click on the "display adapter"
Uninstall your "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter"
Important : do not restart your computer, As it will ask you after uninstalling your VGA

Now go to "Start", click on "Run..." type "gpedit.msc" and press enter button
Now "Local Group Policy Editor" will be opened
Now under "Computer configuration" click "Administrative Templets"
Now double click on "System"

Now double click on "Device Installation"
Now double click on "Device Installation Restrictions"

Here we need to enable two options :
First, double click on "Allow administrators to override Device Installation Restriction Policies", "Enable" this option click "Apply" and "OK"
And, now double click on "Prevent installation of devices not described by other policy settings", "Enable" this option click "Apply" and "OK"
Now its the time to restart your computer.

After restart, you have to manually update your drivers from "device manager".
